Gas Worx is a transformative 50-acre mixed-use redevelopment project located between Ybor City and downtown Tampa, Florida. The project aims to deliver approximately 6 million square feet of residential, office, retail, and public space, including the adaptive reuse of historic warehouses and the creation of a vibrant marketplace. Key features include thousands of new housing units, a major office tower, and extensive retail and dining options, all designed to reconnect and revitalize Tampa’s historic core. As of late 2025, the project is under active construction, with several buildings topped out and initial residential and office components nearing completion.
