Goldman Sachs Dallas Campus at NorthEnd
Dallas, TX
Goldman Sachs is building an 800,000 square foot, all-electric campus at 2323 North Field Street in Dallas' NorthEnd development, on the southeast corner of the district adjacent to a 1.5-acre urban park near Victory Park and American Airlines Center. The project rises to 14 stories at its tallest point across two connected wings, designed by Henning Larsen Architects with Rottet Studio, Skidmore Owings and Merrill, and Corgan, and will accommodate more than 5,000 employees once complete. It is one of the anchor developments of the Uptown and Downtown Dallas financial district buildout known locally as Y'all Street, alongside Morgan Stanley's planned tower at 2401 McKinney Avenue, the Texas Stock Exchange's Dallas headquarters, and major lease commitments from Bank of America, Jefferies, Scotiabank, and Nasdaq. Goldman Sachs already employs approximately 4,000 people in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and will use the new campus to expand that presence significantly.
