The Grand Hyatt Miami Beach Convention Center Hotel is a landmark 17-story hospitality development adjacent to the Miami Beach Convention Center, featuring 800 guest rooms, 90,000 square feet of meeting space, and a climate-controlled skybridge for seamless event access. The project includes resort-style amenities such as two pools, a fitness center, five food and beverage outlets, and a pre-leased signature restaurant, positioning it as a premier destination for business and leisure travelers. As the first major convention hotel directly connected to the Convention Center, it is designed to elevate Miami Beach’s global appeal and support the city’s tourism and events economy. Construction began in May 2025 and is scheduled for completion in late 2027.
