Harborside 8 Mixed-Use Project

Harborside 8 is a 68-story mixed-use skyscraper currently under construction on Jersey City's Hudson River waterfront, developed by Veris Residential and designed by Elkus Manfredi Architects. The project encompasses 680 residential units, two ground-floor retail spaces, and extensive amenity offerings, making it one of the tallest and most amenity-rich residential towers in the city. As the first phase of a larger redevelopment, Harborside 8 is transforming a former surface parking lot into a vibrant urban destination and will significantly enhance the skyline and neighborhood vitality. Construction began in March 2023, with completion targeted for late 2026.
