Hudson Yards Expansion, also known as Phase 2, is a transformative mixed-use development on Manhattan’s West Side, focusing on affordable housing, public green space, and community infrastructure. The project will deliver 1,400 new residential units (at least 400 affordable), a new K-8 public school, and a major park extension linking the High Line and Hudson River Park. This phase shifts from luxury and corporate towers to a more inclusive, sustainable urban neighborhood. Construction began in June 2025 and is currently underway, with completion targeted for late 2026.
