Hudson Yards Phase 2 is the transformative second stage of Manhattan’s largest private real estate development, focused on creating a mixed-use, community-oriented neighborhood on Manhattan’s West Side. The project will deliver up to 4,000 new residential units, including at least 625 permanently affordable homes, a new K-8 public school, 6.6 acres of public green space, and a daycare facility. Designed with sustainability and inclusivity at its core, Phase 2 emphasizes affordable housing, climate-resilient infrastructure, and enhanced pedestrian connectivity. As of late 2025, construction is underway following City Council approval, with completion targeted for 2031.
