Hudson Yards Phase II is a transformative mixed-use expansion on Manhattan’s West Side, focusing on affordable housing, sustainability, and public amenities. The project will deliver 4,000 new residential units, at least 625 of which are permanently affordable, alongside a new K-8 public school, daycare facility, and 6.6 acres of public green space.
