Imperial Tower

Imperial Tower is a transformative mixed-use skyscraper development located in Jersey City's Journal Square, currently approved for 56 stories and 637 feet in height. The project encompasses 542 residential units, including 63 affordable units, a 154-room hotel, retail spaces, banquet facilities, and multiple restaurants. Designed by MVMK Architecture, the tower features a distinctive lotus-inspired facade and extensive amenities, aiming to set a new benchmark for luxury and convenience in the area. Construction began in late 2023 but is currently paused pending planning board review of the expanded scope and affordable housing provisions.
