Greensboro, North Carolina

The JetZero Advanced Aircraft Manufacturing Plant is a $4.7 billion, 3-million-square-foot aerospace facility under development at Piedmont Triad International Airport in Greensboro, North Carolina. The plant will serve as JetZero’s first U.S. manufacturing and final assembly site, producing the Z4, a next-generation blended-wing-body commercial aircraft designed to reduce fuel consumption and emissions by up to 50%. This state-of-the-art facility will integrate advanced digital and AI-driven manufacturing processes, positioning it as one of the most technologically advanced aerospace plants in the country. Construction is scheduled to begin in early 2026, with full production ramp-up targeted for the late 2030s.
