Jubail II Industrial City Expansion is a multi-phase, large-scale industrial and infrastructure development in Jubail, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia, designed to double the size of the original Jubail Industrial City. Spanning approximately 83 square kilometers, the project includes new industrial zones, residential areas, logistics hubs, and major utilities such as desalination and power plants. It is a cornerstone of Saudi Arabia’s strategy to diversify its economy, strengthen its petrochemical and manufacturing sectors, and create significant employment opportunities. As of late 2025, the project is under active construction, with phased delivery extending through 2026 and beyond.
