K11 ECOAST

K11 ECOAST is a landmark mixed-use development in Prince Bay, Nanshan District, Shenzhen, spanning 228,500 square meters and integrating retail, office, art, and cultural spaces along a waterfront promenade. The project features the K11 Art Mall, K11 HACC multi-purpose art space, K11 ATELIER office building, and high-end apartments, establishing itself as K11 Group’s first flagship project in mainland China. Designed as a model for sustainable urbanism, it incorporates LEED Platinum and WELL pre-certified buildings, extensive green landscaping, and innovative stormwater management. As of April 2025, K11 ECOAST is in trial operation, positioning itself as a new cultural, commercial, and ecological destination in the Greater Bay Area.
