King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC) Specialty Districts comprise a 60 km² Special Economic Zone on the Red Sea coast, designed to accelerate Saudi Arabia’s economic diversification and global competitiveness. The districts integrate logistics, industrial, residential, commercial, and hospitality assets anchored by King Abdullah Port and the Industrial Valley. KAEC offers state-of-the-art infrastructure, globally competitive incentives, and a regulatory environment tailored for high-growth sectors such as automotive, consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, and logistics. As of late 2025, the Specialty Districts are under active construction and phased operational rollout, with full completion targeted for 2026.
