King Abdullah Economic City (Residential Districts)
Rabigh, Mecca Province
King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC) Residential Districts are a core component of Saudi Arabia’s largest planned economic city, located 100 km north of Jeddah along the Red Sea. Designed to accommodate a diverse population, the districts offer a mix of apartments, villas, and community amenities within landscaped, semi-gated environments. The project aims to provide high-quality, affordable housing for up to 1.75 million residents, supporting the city’s broader vision of sustainable socio-economic development. As of late 2025, multiple residential phases are operational, with ongoing construction expanding capacity and amenities.
