Lineage Logistics National Cold Storage Upgrades

Lineage Logistics is executing a nationwide upgrade and expansion of its cold storage network across multiple U.S. cities, including major greenfield developments and acquisitions. The project encompasses over 80 million cubic feet of new capacity and nearly 260,000 pallet positions, integrating advanced automation, data-driven inventory management, and sustainability features. These upgrades are strategically located near key distribution markets and ports, enhancing supply chain resilience and efficiency for food, pharmaceutical, and perishable goods. As of late 2025, construction and acquisitions are underway, with phased completions expected through 2026.
