Lineage Logistics Rotterdam Redevelopment

The Lineage Logistics Rotterdam Redevelopment is a major expansion of Lineage’s cold storage and logistics infrastructure in the Port of Rotterdam, South Holland, Netherlands. The project includes the opening of Cool Port II, a fully automated, multi-temperature, high-rise cold storage facility with 60,000 pallet positions and advanced sustainability features. Strategically positioned for multimodal connectivity by sea, rail, and road, the facility strengthens Lineage’s European network and supports growing demand for efficient, resilient food logistics. The project is operational as of late 2022, with ongoing enhancements to capacity and automation.
