Little River District is a transformative 63-acre mixed-use development in Miami, Florida, led by SG Holdings and recently approved by the Miami-Dade County Commission. The project will deliver over 5,700 affordable and workforce housing units, major retail, green public spaces, and a new Tri-Rail station, making it the largest affordable housing initiative in Miami-Dade County’s history. Designed to revitalize the underserved Little River and Little Haiti neighborhoods, it replaces aging public housing and guarantees right-to-return for current residents. The project is currently in the planning and pre-construction phase, with groundbreaking expected soon.
