The development will deliver approximately 5,700 residential units, including affordable, workforce, and market-rate housing, all equipped with advanced smart-home technology and complimentary internet. Key features include over 370,000 square feet of retail anchored by major brands, a new Tri-Rail station, and 250,000 square feet of public green space, positioning the district as Florida’s first fully integrated smart home city. The project is currently under development, having secured unanimous approval from Miami-Dade County, with phased construction underway.
