The Little River Mixed-Use District is a transformative 63-acre, $3 billion development in Miami, Florida, led by SG Holdings, a joint venture of Swerdlow Group, SJM Partners, and Alben Duffie. The project will deliver over 5,700 affordable and workforce housing units, more than 370,000 square feet of retail anchored by major brands, and 250,000 square feet of green public space. Designed by Arquitectonica, it will also introduce a new Tri-Rail station, advanced smart-home technology in all residences, and extensive community amenities. Currently in the planning and pre-construction phase, the project has secured final approval from Miami-Dade County and is poised to become the largest affordable housing initiative in county history.
