Long Thanh International Airport

Long Thanh International Airport is a flagship transportation infrastructure project located in Dong Nai Province, Vietnam, designed to become the country’s largest and most advanced aviation hub. Spanning 5,000 hectares, the airport will relieve congestion at Tan Son Nhat International Airport and serve as a major gateway for Southeast Asia, with an ultimate capacity of 100 million passengers and 5 million tons of cargo annually. The project features a lotus-inspired terminal design, advanced logistics zones, and integrated connectivity with proposed free trade and innovation districts. As of November 2025, construction is in its final phase, with substantial completion targeted for December 19, 2025 and commercial operations expected to commence in the first half of 2026.
