The New Haven Union Station Mixed-Use Development is a transformative transit-oriented project anchored by two 16-story towers adjacent to Union Station in New Haven, Connecticut. The $316.1 million development will deliver 470 new apartments, including 118 affordable units, alongside 28,000 square feet of retail and commercial space and 26,000 square feet of residential amenities. Designed to revitalize underused state-owned land, the project aims to enhance connectivity, stimulate economic growth, and address the region’s housing needs. Currently, the project is in the planning phase, with construction scheduled to begin in late 2026.
