New Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids) Project Horizon
Toronto, Ontario
Project Horizon is a multi-phase redevelopment of the SickKids campus in Toronto, aiming to transform paediatric healthcare through new state-of-the-art facilities and infrastructure. The project includes the recently completed 22-storey Patient Support Centre, which consolidates education, training, and administrative functions for over 3,000 staff. The next major phase is the Peter Gilgan Family Patient Care Tower, a new acute-care hospital designed to enhance patient and family-centred care with advanced clinical spaces. As of late 2025, the project is under active development, with full campus renewal anticipated by 2035.
