New York City Hospitality Expansion is a transformative mixed-use development centered on the Resorts World New York City integrated resort at the Aqueduct site in Queens. The project will deliver a 5.6 million-square-foot complex featuring 2,000 hotel rooms, a 7,000-seat arena, extensive gaming facilities, and over a dozen acres of community greenspace. Designed to be the largest entertainment hub in New York, it will create up to 24,000 jobs and generate significant tax revenue for the state and city. Currently, the project is in the final planning stages, with all land-use approvals secured and construction expected to commence upon licensing.
