The project envisions up to two million square feet of office, residential, retail, and hospitality space anchored by a large public plaza to enhance pedestrian connectivity and urban vibrancy. It is designed to catalyze the North Broad Street District’s evolution into a tech and business corridor, supporting Newark’s strategy for transit-oriented growth and sustainable urban living. As of November 2025, the project is under construction with phased delivery anticipated through 2026.
