The project’s first phase features an 800,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art office campus for Goldman Sachs, designed to consolidate and expand the firm’s regional workforce. Key features include two office wings, a 1.5-acre urban park, and a focus on sustainability with WELL and LEED Platinum certifications. Currently under construction, the project is set to deliver its initial phase by late 2027, with future phases planned for additional office, residential, hospitality, and retail components.
