Northside Hospital Forsyth Patient Tower

Northside Hospital broke ground April 17, 2026 on a new six-story, 96-room patient tower at its Forsyth County, Georgia campus, adjacent to the emergency department. The expansion adds over 260,000 square feet of new construction and 57,000 square feet of renovation, plus a roughly 500-space parking deck, moving the facility toward 500-bed capacity. A separate four-story, 120,000-square-foot medical office building and two parking decks in the same expansion are slated for completion by fall 2026, with the full patient tower expected by end of 2028.
