Novant Health Summers Corner Healthcare Hub is a new medical campus under construction in the Summers Corner community of Summerville, South Carolina. The project features a 32,000-square-foot medical office building offering primary and specialty care, alongside an 11,000-square-foot freestanding emergency department equipped with advanced imaging and laboratory services. Designed to address the region’s rapid population growth, the hub will provide comprehensive, convenient healthcare access for Dorchester County and surrounding areas. The facility is currently under construction and is expected to open in late 2026.
