One Bangkok is a landmark mixed-use development in central Bangkok, spanning approximately 17 hectares and representing Thailand’s largest private sector real estate project. The district integrates five Grade A office towers, three retail precincts, five luxury and lifestyle hotels, and three upscale residential towers, all set within eight hectares of green and open spaces. Designed to be a new urban centerpiece, it features advanced sustainability, smart infrastructure, and direct MRT connectivity, aiming for LEED Neighborhood Development Platinum certification. As of late 2025, the first office and retail phases have opened, with full completion targeted for 2026.
