One Beverly Hills is a transformative 17.5-acre mixed-use development at the western gateway of Beverly Hills, California, integrating luxury residences, the first West Coast Aman Hotel, and curated retail and dining. The project features two Aman-branded residential towers, a 78-suite Aman hotel, a 100,000-square-foot private club, and 10 acres of botanical gardens, with over 4.5 acres open to the public. Designed by Foster + Partners and RIOS, it unifies the historic Beverly Hilton and Waldorf Astoria into a walkable, sustainable urban resort. Currently under construction, phased completion is targeted before the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics.
