One River North

One River North is a 16-story mixed-use residential tower located in Denver’s River North (RiNo) district, designed by MAD Architects and Davis Partnership. The project features 187 luxury rental apartments, ground-floor retail, and a signature canyon-inspired facade integrating biophilic design and natural elements. Its innovative architecture and amenities, including a rooftop pool and canyon trail, set a new standard for urban living in Denver. Completed in late 2024, the building has quickly become a landmark in the city’s evolving skyline.
