OPPO Headquarters in Shenzhen is a landmark mixed-use office complex designed by Zaha Hadid Architects, featuring four interconnected towers rising to 200 meters and spanning 185,000 square meters. The project integrates flexible open-plan workspaces, a 20-story vertical lobby, and extensive civic amenities including a landscaped plaza, art gallery, retail, and direct subway access. As a new civic hub, it emphasizes connectivity, collaboration, and sustainability, targeting LEED Gold certification. Currently under construction, the headquarters is scheduled for completion in late 2026.
