Oracle East Bank Campus

Oracle East Bank Campus is a transformative mixed-use development spanning approximately 70 acres along Nashville’s East Bank, designed to anchor the city’s innovation economy and riverfront revitalization. The project will feature over 2 million square feet of office space, retail, a luxury Nobu hotel, and extensive public green spaces, including a pedestrian bridge connecting Germantown to the East Bank. Oracle’s investment is expected to create more than 8,000 high-paying jobs and position Nashville as a major hub for artificial intelligence and technology. Following Metro Council’s rezoning approval in October 2025, the project is moving forward with construction planning underway.
