Oxagon (Residential Districts) is a core component of NEOM, designed as a next-generation urban community within the world’s largest floating industrial city on the Red Sea coast in Tabuk Province, Saudi Arabia. The project encompasses mixed-use residential, retail, and wellness amenities, integrated into a walkable, sustainable environment adjacent to the Port of NEOM. It aims to set new benchmarks for smart city living, sustainability, and quality of life, supporting NEOM’s ambition to attract global talent and foster innovation. As of late 2025, Oxagon’s residential districts are under active construction, with phased handovers expected through 2026.
