Pasing Arcaden is a major mixed-use development in Munich, Germany, comprising over 53,000 sqm of retail, residential, and office space. The project features approximately 140 stores and restaurants, an IKEA planning studio, and modern residential units atop the retail podium. Strategically located adjacent to Pasing station, Bavaria’s third busiest railway hub, it attracts around 10 million visitors annually and serves a catchment of over 1.3 million people within 30 minutes. As of late 2024, the asset is transitioning ownership from Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield to Ingka Centres, with ongoing operations and future enhancements planned.
