Peoria Place is an 88-acre mixed-use master-planned development in Peoria, Arizona, led by Greystar in partnership with the City of Peoria. The project encompasses over 700 luxury apartments, 255 build-for-rent homes, 4,900 square feet of retail, and a 400,000-square-foot logistics/industrial component. Strategically located near Old Town Peoria and major entertainment districts, it aims to revitalize the area with new housing, retail, and employment opportunities. As of late 2025, multiple phases are under construction, with initial residential and industrial components already delivered and full build-out expected by the end of 2026.
