Red Sea Project – Shura Island Villas is an ultra-luxury residential development located on Shura Island, the flagship hub of Saudi Arabia’s Red Sea regenerative tourism initiative. The project features 75 exclusive Four Seasons Private Residences, comprising 43 Dune Villas and 32 Waterside Villas, designed by Foster + Partners with interiors by Goddard Littlefair. These villas offer direct access to pristine beaches, a championship golf course, and world-class amenities, blending seamlessly into the island’s natural dunescape. Currently under construction, the villas are scheduled for completion by the end of 2026, with over half already secured by buyers.
