The River District Master Plan is a transformative, 1,400-acre mixed-use development located along the Catawba River in Charlotte, North Carolina. Envisioned as a vibrant, sustainable community, it integrates residential, office, retail, hospitality, and civic spaces with extensive parks, trails, and preserved natural areas. The project is significant as Charlotte’s largest master-planned development since Ballantyne, aiming to set new benchmarks for environmental stewardship and urban connectivity.
