Robles Park Village Overhaul
Tampa, Florida
Robles Park Village Overhaul is a transformative mixed-use redevelopment project in Tampa, Florida, replacing a 1950s-era public housing complex with nearly 2,000 new mixed-income residential units, retail, and community amenities. The master plan spans 30-35 acres and includes a memorial park honoring Zion Cemetery, Tampa’s oldest African American burial ground discovered beneath part of the site. The project aims to address affordable housing shortages, revitalize the neighborhood, and provide education, healthcare, and retail services. Demolition began in September 2025, with construction scheduled to start in April 2026 and phased delivery over eight to nine years.
