Ronkonkoma Hub, now branded as Station Yards, is a transformative 53-acre mixed-use development centered around the Ronkonkoma Long Island Rail Road station in Suffolk County, New York. The project integrates over 1,400 residential units, 360,000 square feet of commercial space, and nearly 200,000 square feet of retail, alongside new office, hospitality, and public amenities. Designed as a transit-oriented, walkable urban center, it aims to revitalize the area, address housing needs, and stimulate economic growth by attracting residents, businesses, and commuters. As of late 2025, major phases are under construction, with partial openings and further phases underway.
