Samsung Electronics is developing a state-of-the-art semiconductor fabrication facility in Taylor, Texas, representing the company's largest-ever investment in the United States. The project spans over 1,200 acres and will feature advanced manufacturing capabilities for logic chips used in mobile, 5G, AI, and high-performance computing applications. This facility is designed to enhance supply chain resilience, create thousands of jobs, and support the growth of the U.S. semiconductor ecosystem. As of late 2025, the project is under construction with operations targeted to begin in 2026.
