The San Antonio Solar Module Equipment Facility Expansion is a major investment by Mission Solar Energy to add 2 GW of solar cell production capacity at its San Antonio, Texas campus. The project includes a 200,000 square-foot facility expansion, enabling in-house manufacturing of solar cells using sustainably sourced polysilicon. This expansion is significant for strengthening the U.S. solar supply chain, increasing domestic content, and creating 500 new jobs.
