San Jacinto Marketplace Mixed-Use Development

San Jacinto Marketplace is a 105-acre mixed-use redevelopment project located on the former site of the San Jacinto Mall in Baytown, Texas. The project, led by Fidelis Realty Partners, will feature 550,000 square feet of retail, dining, office, multifamily residential, and hospitality space, anchored by major tenants such as Sam’s Club and a range of national retailers and restaurants. Designed as a walkable, open-air destination, the development will include significant green space and community gathering areas, aiming to revitalize Baytown’s commercial landscape. Construction began in late 2023, with the first phase targeting completion by December 2026 and full buildout expected by mid-2028.
