Shanghai International Medical Park Phase II is a large-scale industrial and biomedical development located in the Zhangjiang area of Shanghai’s Pudong New Area. The project’s second phase expands the park’s footprint by over 2.15 million square feet, focusing on advanced biopharmaceutical manufacturing, incubation platforms, and research facilities. It is designed to foster innovation in cell and gene therapies, therapeutic antibodies, and related life sciences, positioning Shanghai as a leading hub for medical technology and healthcare innovation in Asia. As of late 2025, the project is under construction with completion targeted for 2026.
