Sloan Corners is a transformative, nearly 500-acre mixed-use development spanning Allen and Fairview, Texas, at the intersection of US-75 and SH-121. The project will deliver over 10 million square feet of office space, 6,000 multifamily units, 200,000 square feet of retail, 270 hotel rooms, and more than 50 acres of parks and open space. Designed to create a vibrant, walkable urban community immersed in natural amenities, Sloan Corners is positioned as a new regional employment and lifestyle hub for North Texas. Construction began in April 2024, with phased delivery of residential, office, and retail components through 2026.
