Smithfield Lofts

Pittsburgh, PA

Woda Cooper Companies is converting a 124-year-old, 12-story former office tower in downtown Pittsburgh into Smithfield Lofts, a 46-unit apartment building with 39 units set aside as affordable housing. The nearly $30 million project is backed by a $1 million Pennsylvania Commonwealth grant and $2.6 million from the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency, part of the Shapiro administration's downtown Pittsburgh revitalization push. Completion is expected in fall 2027.
