South Pier is a transformative mixed-use development located on the southern shore of Tempe Town Lake in Tempe, Arizona. Spanning approximately 18-27 acres, the project will deliver over 2,500 residential units, 610,000 square feet of Class A office space, 190,000 square feet of retail and dining, and a 520-key hotel, all anchored by a signature observation wheel and extensive waterfront amenities. Designed as a vibrant, walkable urban neighborhood, South Pier aims to redefine waterfront living in the Phoenix metropolitan area with luxury residences, entertainment venues, and public green spaces. The project is currently under construction, with the first phase, Shorehaven, expected to deliver in 2026.
