South Pier at Tempe Town Lake is a transformative mixed-use waterfront development spanning 18 acres on the south shore of Tempe Town Lake in Tempe, Arizona. The project features 17 high-rise towers with approximately 2,592 residential units, 610,000 square feet of Class A office space, 190,000 square feet of retail and dining, and a 520-key hotel.
