South Station Tower

South Station Tower is a 51-story, 678-foot mixed-use skyscraper completed in September 2025, built atop Boston's historic South Station transit hub as a premier example of transit-oriented development. The tower integrates 200,000+ square feet of office space with luxury residential condominiums, a modernized bus station, and parking infrastructure, designed by Pelli Clarke & Partners. The project represents a significant catalyst for downtown Boston's revitalization, combining commercial and residential uses to create a vibrant mixed-use community within a single landmark structure. Construction commenced in January 2020 and was completed on schedule in September 2025, establishing a new standard for downtown Boston development.
