Spring District Affordable Housing

Bellevue, Washington

Spring District Affordable Housing is a major transit-oriented development in Bellevue, Washington, delivering 234 affordable apartments for households earning up to 60% of the area median income. The project comprises two mid-rise buildings located steps from the Spring District light rail station, with 40 units reserved for residents with developmental disabilities and on-site support services. Supported by Amazon’s $100 million commitment and a coalition of public and private partners, it addresses Bellevue’s acute affordable housing shortage and integrates into a vibrant, mixed-use neighborhood. Construction began in March 2023 and is scheduled for completion in December 2026.
