Sydney Westmead Health Precinct Redevelopment
Sydney, New South Wales
The Sydney Westmead Health Precinct Redevelopment is a large-scale, multi-phase transformation of one of Australia’s most significant health, research, and education hubs. The project encompasses over 400,000 square metres, integrating four hospitals, four research institutes, and two university campuses, anchored by the new 14-storey Central Acute Services Building and Innovation Centre. It aims to deliver world-class healthcare, research, and training facilities, while fostering economic growth and community engagement in Western Sydney. As of late 2025, the precinct is in advanced stages of redevelopment, with major components completed and further expansions, including a new mental health facility, underway.
