Taikang Financial Centre

Wuhan, Hubei

Taikang Financial Centre is a landmark mixed-use development currently under construction in Wuhan, China, designed by Zaha Hadid Architects for Taikang Insurance Group. The project comprises three interconnected towers with a total floor area of 266,000 square meters, integrating offices, apartments, hotel, retail, and cultural amenities. Its design features a circular composition that connects the city’s new Central Park and Yangtze River wetlands, supporting Wuhan’s sponge city initiative for sustainable urban water management. Upon completion, the centre will serve as a vertical community for over 20,000 daily users, establishing a new urban ecosystem and business hub.
